CHELSEA FOR THE TITLE: Antonio Conte celeberates: Diego Costa maintains the golden boot race: Eden Hazard on target in routine victory which restores the Blues 10-point lead.

Lanzini struck in extra-time top set up a nervy finish by Chelsea survived to beat their London rivals.

Gary Cahill had the jersey ripped off his back but the Chelsea supporters  will soon believe they can put their shirts on their team winning the  Premier League as they impressively re-established their lead at the top  back to a formidable 10 points.
